Due to the specialized nature of our decanted fragrances, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unopened, original retail bottles and unused accessories. Please note that individual hand-decanted samples are final sale to ensure the integrity and hygiene of our products.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is a full-sized retail bottle in its original, sealed packaging or an unused accessory; decanted samples cannot be returned.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the item in its original shipping box with adequate padding to prevent breakage during transit and include your RMA slip inside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service; once received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
